Awesome job! Great customer service. Quality, honest work. Love the non-toxic cleaning materials. Thanks James!
Vacuum your carpet often – once or twice a week at least. Vacuuming removes the abrasive soil that can cut and slice the fiber causing premature wear. Much of this soil is not visible to the eye. Vacuum before the carpet looks soiled. Remove any loose particles such as food, leaves, pieces of crayon, bugs, etc., as these items can cause a spot on the carpet.
As a general rule, carpet cleaning by a professional, certified firm should take place at least once per year. For extremely heavy traffic areas, cleaning may be required more often. Proper, professional cleaning will not leave a sticky residue behind and can be done as many times per year as needed. Many stain resist warranties require professional carpet steam cleaning every two years. Professional cleaning removes the damaging soil in traffic areas that vacuuming has not been able to remove." with this instead: "The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and most carpet manufacturer's warranties promote professional carpet cleaning once per year at minimum to remove allergens, dust mites, dander, pollen and unseen debris even on carpet that may appear to not be soiled. In homes with heavier foot traffic, pets, trapped pollen from tree-lined streets and where shoes are worn indoors, having the carpets cleaned more often and at a minimum of every 6 months is optimal for your health and extending the life of your flooring investment.
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern, as well as note carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
Traffic areas and all carpet to be cleaned are pre-treated for more effective soil removal. Pre-spraying and allowing our cleansers to dwell a few minutes before cleaning, acts like the ‘soak’ cycle of your laundry machine.
Each spot is pretreated according to type of spot and color for the most effective spot removal and overall more uniform appearance.
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil. This is much like the ‘agitation’ cycle of your laundry machine.
Our high powered truck mount cleaning system will extract and vacuum all soils and cleaning agents from the carpet, including sands and soil too heavy or embedded for a vacuum to suck up. This is much like your machine’s ‘spin’ cycle.
Once the soil has been removed, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that carpet is not over-wet. We clean with water temperature between 180 °F – 190 °F.
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
