• Comment: James, Joy and company are TEFFIFIC!! They sent a crew of 4 men to clean our 4000 sq ft of tile flooring. They were prompt, professional and very detail oriented. There was a very stubborn waxy spot near our front door that they spent an hour doing and re-doing. We could never figure out what the substance was, but they gave it their all to get it out! Our entire floor has to be at least 3 shades lighter than it was before they cleaned it.
  
  And...... we also had them clean 5 of our oriental carpets. They had them for 10 days before the floors were cleaned and brought them back the day after the floor cleaning. One carpet was a very light tan and VERY dirty with black marks in one corner. I couldn't believe how clean they got that thing!! All black marks and dirt were gone. All 5 carpets came back bright and clean with great detail paid to the fringe.
