• Comment: Glad we decided to go with James for our Travertine cleaning needs. He is extremely personable and does not overpromise. Which is why we chose to go with him as opposed to the prior business who cleaned our floors.
  
  The workers arrived on time and spent a good amount of time cleaning the floors. They were nice, informative, and respectful. James arrived later to attend to a few scratches that we had. He advised us that this wasn't his area of expertise but he knew what needed to be done. Almost three hour laters, it looked much better. The scratches were almost nonexistent. He even left us with a sample of his cleaning product for future use.
  
  His pricing is very reasonable and overall, he's just a really nice guy.
  
  We will definitely be a repeat customer.
