• Comment: Such a great experience with this company for so many reasons!
  
  Customer service is exceptional and contacting them was almost effortless.
  
  I was able to get an appointment within a timely manner and any questions I had were answered promptly. I especially appreciate our carpet technician contacting me 20 mins before his arrival. He was professional and efficient, even going beyond expectation with our kitchen floors.
  
  I love that they use environmentally safe products and I feel good about our kids playing on the floors now, our carpet is back to life!!
  
  Thank you Specialists, I will be a returning customer!
