Comment: Wow, I just got my carpet cleaned by The Specialists and they were absolutely outstanding. I had a long-standing dog urine issue that I had tried to resolve multiple times without success, including hiring another carpet cleaning company (who came out twice and really seemed to try, but did not succeed in getting the smell out), replacing the carpet pad, and cleaning it multiple times myself with a whole cartload of enzymatic cleaners. The Specialists had an awesome system to get the carpet really, truly clean by driving water and some kind of foaming cleaner down deep into the carpet and then sucking it back out with a special machine. This actually removed the urine instead of just laying more and more chemicals on top of it. And as a bonus it was really fun to watch all the dirty water come sucking out of the carpet. The price was very reasonable and if I had gone to them first, I would have saved hundreds on services and products that didn’t work. They were also super professional, called the day before to confirm, called to let me know when they were on their way, were careful about not letting my pets out, and were polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.
